Gen X to early millennial medicine is the end of sane medicine. Social injustice warrior doctors in charge of MedED have forgotten that they have the training and practice foundations and competences that can allow them to incorporate their social justice interests. Changes to curriculum with trainees that lack the same foundation and rigour is disastrous and will only cause harm. Excellent piece that makes me want to reach out to all my Canadian MD peers tasked to train these new experimental cohorts and give them hugs.
