If you impose "equity" by force, fields in which Jews congregate like many parts of the sciences and mathematics will be decimated. This will have the exact same effect as programs under Nazi-ism and Communism.
To the woke, the only thing worse than a male is a white male, and the only thing worse than a white male is a Jewish white male, and the only thing worse than a Jewish white male is a heterosexual Jewish white male. The same is probably true of the "white adjacents" like Asians. This would be amusing, except it is deadly serious.
Maybe we are starting to wake up to the threat. I sure hope so.
The petty bureaucrats who are in control of most of our institutions and organizations and professions are desperate to carry out these ridiculous plans. We better stand up and resist.
